At Justify, we know the unique challenges of working in animal research. This hub is here to support your mental health, provide tools for navigating career transition, and connect you with a peer community that understands.

After nearly eight years in animal research, I felt isolated and burdened by the emotional toll of my work. The secrecy of the field left me struggling alone with PTSD, guilt, and nightmares.
 
Connecting with Justify has been life-changing. This group has not only helped me heal but has also given me hope. I encourage anyone facing similar challenges to reach out.
